Handbag Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
- Ezigbo Ankara believes in being honest with our customers. For this reason, we disclose the condition of the products that we sell. If you are unhappy with your product upon delivery, you can return it for a refund within 10 business days of product delivery. No refunds will be issued on products that are damaged or returned after 10 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- We will process your refund as soon as possible. If you experience delays in your processing, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and/or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Our products are made in small batches. Therefore, we will not be able to offer exchanges at this time.
